Carolyn will conduct this session in real-time through Zoom. This session aims to eliminate the outdated patterns that restrict the growth of self-love. We will work on releasing five common universal patterns that can hinder our self-love from flourishing: Perfectionism, Judgment, Guilt/Shame, Emotion Repression, and Emotion Suppression.
