Working with the body to unwind built-up tension, emotion and stress, so your system can let go of what it has been carrying.
I understand organisational life because I lived it for forty years.

Why I do this work
My career in leadership and international business development took me across 11 countries. Ambitious targets, constant change, complex relationships, cultural pressure and the expectation to keep performing regardless of what was happening beneath the surface. I know that world well.
I also know how easily capable people learn to override their bodies. You dismiss the warning signs and keep pushing, because that's what has always worked.
That became my own reality. Earlier experiences with injury and recovery changed my relationship with pain. Years later, after repeatedly overriding my body’s warning signs, my mobility deteriorated until I spent two and a half years on crutches.
Preparing for a double hip replacement took far more than waiting for a surgery date. I spent eight months preparing my mind and body through movement, breathwork, meditation, physical therapy and nutrition. After eight months of preparation, my surgeon agreed I was ready to have both hips replaced in a single operation. My recovery progressed faster than expected.
The lesson wasn't that positive thinking fixes things. It was that the body responds when it's given the right conditions, consistent support and an active role in the process.
That is the bridge I bring into the workplace: forty years of organisational reality, lived experience of rebuilding my own health, and professional training in Human Garage Fascia Maneuvers, 9D Breathwork, HeartMath and body-led practice. It adds up to something practical enough to survive a real working day.
The principle underneath all of it: performance should not cost people their health.
When the body settles, clarity returns. Energy restores. Relationships soften. Performance becomes sustainable.
You don't need fixing. You need the right support – delivered with care and precision.

I bring movement, breath and body awareness together in a practical way, supporting people to recognise stress earlier, release physical tension and return to greater clarity, steadiness and choice.
Rather than treating one symptom in isolation, we look at the wider pattern: how pressure is affecting the body, emotions, behaviour and day-to-day performance, and we build practical ways to respond.
This is about releasing what's stuck, reconnecting with the body's intelligence, and reshaping life from the inside out.
Working with the body to unwind built-up tension, emotion and stress, so your system can let go of what it has been carrying.
Helping your nervous system slow down and settle, so your body and mind can move out of constant stress and return to a calmer state.
Introducing simple, repeatable practices you can use in everyday life, so your body and mind maintain a more balanced, resilient baseline over time.
My mission is simple: to support people to return to themselves before stress becomes the place they live from.
I support individuals and teams to find more steadiness, choice and ease in the body, using wellbeing tools and coaching that are practical, body-led and built to fit real life.

The work is careful, precise and human. I listen for the patterns the mind explains and the body is still carrying.
Sessions are not about forcing a breakthrough. They are about creating the conditions for release, regulation and reconnection to happen at a pace the body can integrate.
