Cookie Policy
A simple explanation of how this website uses cookies, local storage and third-party booking tools.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can be strictly necessary for the site to work, or used for functional, analytics or marketing purposes.
What this site actually does today
On a first visit, this website does not currently set first-party cookies.
The site does use your browser's local storage to remember that you acknowledged the cookie notice, and for seven days that you closed the homepage newsletter prompt. Local storage is not a cookie. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Strictly necessary cookies: none currently set.
- Functional storage: the cookie notice and homepage newsletter prompt use local storage so they do not keep reappearing after you close them.
- Analytics and performance: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, used to understand overall site traffic and loading performance. Neither sets a cookie. Visitors are identified by an anonymous hash generated from each request, not by a stored identifier, and Vercel does not collect information that could identify you or reconstruct your browsing session.
- Fonts: this site loads fonts from Adobe Fonts (Typekit). Adobe's own privacy and cookie policies apply to that service.
Embedded tools and future cookies
Some future tools, such as the Body Stress Check-In, may be delivered through a third-party service. If an embedded tool sets non-essential cookies, the site will either ask for your consent before loading it or provide a clear way to open the tool directly with that provider.
If the cookie position changes, this policy will be updated so it reflects what the live site actually uses.
Booking and payment providers
When you book a call, class or event, you may be taken to Calendly, Eventbrite, ThriveCart or another booking or payment provider. Those services may set their own cookies under their own cookie policies. We do not control those third-party cookies.
Controlling cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also clear this site's local storage through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how third-party booking or payment tools work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website changes, including if analytics, embedded tools or new booking services are added.
