What this site is
This website is informational. It describes Carolyn Wade's body-led wellbeing work, programmes, events and resources, and lets you get in touch, use the Body Stress Check-In, or book a call.
This site is educational and wellbeing-focused. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis or advice, and it does not replace assessment or care from a qualified healthcare professional. This is consistent with the disclaimer shown alongside the Body Stress Check-In.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, images and design on this site belong to HumanARC Wellbeing Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, misuse the contact or booking forms, or interfere with other visitors' use of it.
Third-party links and booking
This site links out to third-party services for booking and payment, including Calendly for call bookings, Eventbrite for event tickets, ThriveCart for programme and workshop payments, and named partner websites for jointly hosted events. Those transactions happen on the third party's own site, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Specific service, event, cancellation, refund, payment and organisation contract terms sit separately from these website terms and are linked or provided at the relevant booking or purchase stage.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations and transfers are handled under the terms shown at the point of booking or purchase. Where Carolyn Wade handles the payment directly, our Refund & Returns Policy also applies.
If we need to cancel an event, class or appointment, we will offer a refund or a reasonable alternative such as a transfer to another date where possible.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may need to suspend or change it at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
The information on this site is general wellbeing information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from relying on it as a substitute for appropriate medical, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites linked from this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
