Breathwork

Breath-led support for release, regulation and integration.

Carolyn Wade supporting a body-led wellbeing session

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork uses guided breathing rhythms to influence the nervous system, shift emotional holding and bring you back into presence.

Carolyn works with both gentle regulation practices and deeper transformational breathwork, depending on what your system needs and what feels safe.

FAQs

Is breathwork intense?

It can be gentle or deep. Carolyn will choose the approach with you and pace the session around your capacity.

Do I need to prepare?

You will receive guidance before deeper sessions. For gentle regulation work, comfortable clothing and a quiet space are usually enough.

Can breathwork replace therapy?

No. Breathwork can be a powerful complement to therapeutic or medical support, but it is not a replacement for care you need elsewhere.
