Body tension
You hold stress through your jaw, shoulders, chest, hips or belly and want a practical way to create more space.
Body-based. Practical. Non-woo.

Human Garage is a set of guided fascia-focused movements, known as maneuvers, that help unwind tension patterns and bring you back into your body.
It is practical, body-based work. We use movement, awareness and breath so your nervous system has enough safety and rhythm to soften, release and reorganise.

You hold stress through your jaw, shoulders, chest, hips or belly and want a practical way to create more space.
You understand things intellectually, but your body still feels braced, tired or switched on.
You want to feel safer, steadier and more present without pushing your body harder.
We begin with what you are noticing physically, emotionally and energetically, then choose a simple focus for the session.
Carolyn leads slow fascia-focused movements and body cues so you can work with your system rather than force it.
The session closes with grounding, breath and practical ways to use the work in everyday moments.

One-to-one support tailored to your body, stress patterns and pace.
Shared sessions for people who want a guided collective reset.
Accessible support through video sessions when travel is not practical.
Hands-on group or individual work where Carolyn can guide more closely.
